Modern food production is killing the planet - and many of us too! Henry, who was the author of the UK's National Food Strategy (which was largely ignored by politicians) recounts some history of food production, issues over health and dieting, and what steps humanity needs to take to ensure both the security of our food supply, our own health and that of the planet.

Excellent. Seems to me like a really good analysis, beautifully presented in clear, simple terms.
