	The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas	Bruno is a nine-year old German boy who really resents it when he and his family have to move from war-time Berlin to a house in the countryside where his father's new job is to preside over a large camp of thin people with shaved heads. However he becomes happier once he makes friends with a boy on the other side of the fence, although he struggles to understand why his new friend is always hungry.
